The key for the entrance door to the apartment building can be found in a key safe, which is located by the parking space.

The garbage room is located at entrance 2.2 in the basement, right next to the "Kanzelshop", where you can get food, snacks, drinks and small everyday items (toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, plasters, etc.) from a few vending machines.
