Eagle Arena at Castle Landskron

Approximately 50 raptors are cared for by falconers at the bird of prey centre at Castle Landskron. Among the 20 species are eagles, falcons, vultures, owls as well as the talking raven ‘Max’.
At the bird of prey flying show you will discover interesting details concerning the behaviour and habits of the birds. The birds perform breath-taking flights directly above the heads of the visitors during the approximately 40-minute demonstration. In addition to the flying demonstration you can also walk around the unique bird of prey and owl park. The care unit is a special feature of the Eagle Arena. Up to 80 injured wild birds are taken in, treated, nursed back to health and prepared for release back into the wild. Details of show times can be found on the Eagle Arena website.
